Ordering & Delivery
Prepare a clear material enquiry, review the offered specification and agree the delivery scope before placing an order.
1. Build your material list
Browse the catalogue and use Add to enquiry to collect products. Enter a quantity and unit for each item. Send the list with your destination and required timing through the enquiry form. You can enquire even if some details still need confirming.
2. Confirm the specification and documents
Identify the sizes, ratings, materials, finishes and applicable standards required by your project. Include matching accessories and any datasheets, drawings, test reports or certificates you need to review. Document availability and the offered specification are confirmed with the quotation.
3. Discuss packing and shipment
Provide the destination country and port or delivery location, along with any packing, labelling or handling requirements. If you want to use your own freight forwarder or require a particular shipping arrangement, include that request so it can be reviewed.
4. Agree timing and delivery stages
State your required arrival date and identify any staged deliveries. List the quantity and required date for each batch. Product specification, quantity, availability, packing and destination can affect the proposed schedule; the delivery timing is confirmed with the quotation.
Compare quotations on the same basis
Review the complete offer alongside your material schedule. Ask for any differences or exclusions to be identified before confirming an order.

A website enquiry requests a quotation; it does not place an order or reserve stock.
Questions before you enquire
Can I enquire without a complete specification?
Yes. Start with the product type, approximate quantity, destination and timing. Include a drawing or reference photo if available, and identify the details still to be confirmed.
Can one enquiry include several product groups?
Yes. Use Add to enquiry on the product pages to build a list, then enter quantities and units on the contact page. Add the list to your requirements before submitting the form.
Where can I find technical documents?
Check the Documents & delivery tab on a product page. If no download is published, request the datasheet, drawing or certificate you need. Availability and relevance must be confirmed for the offered product.
Are prices, stock and delivery dates confirmed online?
The catalogue is for quotation enquiries. Confirm pricing, availability, minimum quantities and delivery dates in the quotation before placing an order.
Can I include construction process support?
Yes. Explain the work method, installation sequence or trade-coordination issue you want reviewed. Technical services have an agreed scope, deliverables and separate fees. Explore construction process optimization →
