From Product List to Quotation

Make the first conversation useful.

1. Share your market and range

Tell us your country, customer applications and the products you want to source. Include your initial quantities and expected replenishment needs.

2. Clarify the requirements

Send specifications, required standards and documentation needs. Include any sample, labelling or packaging requests so feasibility can be checked.

3. Review the quotation

Confirm the offered specification, quantities, documents, packaging, payment and shipping terms, and delivery timing before placing an order.

Supporting Your Project Customers

Bring the engineering questions with the material list.

When your customer is buying for a construction project, HZX also provides building MEP drawing design, drawing refinement, construction cost estimation, quantity surveying, and construction workflow optimization.

Technical service scope & fees

Technical services are scoped and quoted according to project requirements. Limited initial quotation support may be provided at our discretion. Long-term supply partners may discuss cost-based support arrangements.

Substantial quantity take-offs, design or drawing work, cost consulting and engineering optimization require a defined scope and a separate fee. Standalone technical-service projects are chargeable. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed before work begins; service fees are not hidden in material prices and are not automatically credited against future orders.

Before You Order

Questions to cover in your enquiry.

Can I enquire about several product groups?

Yes. Send one list covering cables, piping and electrical distribution, with specifications and quantities for each item.

What are the MOQ and lead time?

These depend on the product specification and quantity. Include your planned order size and required delivery date for confirmation in the quotation.

Are certificates and custom packaging available?

List the exact documents, destination-market requirements and packaging changes you need. Availability and feasibility must be confirmed for the selected products.

Plan the First Order and the Next

A clearer brief for distributor procurement.

Define the range

Identify the product families and exact sizes or models your customers buy. Separate an initial evaluation order from regular stock requirements, and distinguish confirmed quantities from forecasts.

For each line, include the application, specification and any mandatory local standard or document requirement.

Compare complete offers

Compare the offered specification, quantity units, packaging, documentation and delivery basis alongside price. Ask for exclusions and alternatives to be identified clearly.

Minimum order quantities, sample availability, payment terms and shipment arrangements must be confirmed for the selected items.

Prepare for repeat orders

Keep a record of the accepted product specification, reference, packaging and documents. Use that reference in later enquiries and identify any change in quantity, delivery timing or destination requirements.

Share expected replenishment needs for discussion; future availability and delivery dates require confirmation with each offer.

Specifications and Documentation

Make your market requirements part of the enquiry.

State the exact standard, test report or approval your customer or destination requires. A document for one product or model should not be assumed to cover the whole range.

Product documentation

Review Qifan and Zhongcai manufacturer qualifications and request the documents matching your selected products.

Identify the datasheet, model reference, test scope and document language you need. Ask for available documents to be checked against the product being quoted.

Packaging and identification

Specify unit labels, carton or pallet information, language, product references and any requested branding. Custom packaging or OEM requests are subject to feasibility and quotation.

Destination and delivery

Provide the destination country or port, preferred delivery terms and required arrival date. Distinguish the desired arrival date from any required dispatch date when discussing timing.
